Refund Not Given After Promise by NxtWave Agent

I selected the NxtWave student plan. Before payment, a support agent told me that I could pay ₹2000 first, attend basic classes, and if I decided not to continue, I would receive a full refund.

Based on this promise, I trusted him and made the payment.

Later, when I requested a refund, the agent told me that it would be processed after one month.

After waiting for one month, I tried contacting him multiple times, but his phone was not reachable.

Then I contacted NxtWave official support, and I was informed that the agent had already left the company.

However, I have still not received my refund and no proper resolution has been provided.

I am sharing this experience to make others aware. Please ensure you get written confirmation before making any payment.
