I’m sharing my experience with the new XPulse 210 from Hero MotoCorp, and honestly, it’s been extremely disappointing.
Within just 2,000 km, I started facing serious issues:
* Engine noise and noticeable power loss
* The bike shut down while riding — which is a major safety risk
* Rims already showing rust, leading to repeated punctures
* TFT display failed within 3 months
* Paint quality is poor and already peeling
What’s more frustrating is the after-sales experience. Service centers seem unable to properly diagnose or fix the problems, and there’s no clear resolution despite multiple visits.
I’ve also come across several other XPulse owners reporting similar issues, which raises serious concerns about quality control and reliability.
